Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store product displays and merchandising plans according to company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies to prevent out-of-shelf situations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand visibility and promotional compliance
- Collect and analyze competitor product placements and pricing strategies
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional campaigns
- Submit detailed activity reports and sales performance data
- Collaborate with sales team to align merchandising efforts with sales targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred in Marketing/Business
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or merchandising
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of FMCG products and retail operations
- Proficiency in using smartphones for reporting and data collection
- Valid driver's license with own transportation for store visits
- Resident of Surabaya with familiarity with local retail landscape
