Join Mitracomm Ekasarana as a Sales Merchant Specialist and become a key player in Indonesia's digital payment revolution! We're seeking a dynamic professional to drive the adoption of QRIS payment systems and Gopay Speaker devices among merchants across Jakarta. In this role, you'll directly contribute to the financial inclusion of local businesses by enabling seamless cashless transactions for retail stores, kiosks, and UMKMs. You'll represent our innovative fintech solutions while building lasting merchant relationships and driving revenue growth in a rapidly evolving digital economy.

Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and onboard new merchants for QRIS payment system installations
- Promote and deploy Gopay Speaker devices to retail/kiosk/UMKM locations
- Conduct product demonstrations and training for merchants on payment solutions
- Develop and maintain strong merchant relationships to ensure adoption retention
- Track sales performance and achieve monthly acquisition targets
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for installed payment systems
- Document merchant interactions and maintain accurate sales records
Kualifikasi
- Proven sales experience with B2B or merchant acquisition focus
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with ability to explain technical solutions
- Comfortable conducting field visits across Jakarta metropolitan area
- Basic understanding of digital payment systems (QRIS, e-wallets)
- Goal-oriented with track record meeting sales KPIs
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Experience in fintech, retail, or UMKM sectors preferred
