Tanggung Jawab
- Conducting sales activities and promoting consumer products in the Metro and Lampung Timur areas.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing excellent after-sales service.
- Achieving monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Managing sales reports and updating customer databases accurately.
- Collaborating with the branch team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Representing the company professionally at various trade events and customer visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or a related field is preferred.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM A/B) and a reliable vehicle.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and manage time effectively in the field.
- Energetic, disciplined, and results-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
