- Develop and execute sales strategies for beverage products in assigned territory
- Manage and grow relationships with retail outlets, supermarkets, and distributors
- Conduct regular market research to identify new sales opportunities
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs through effective planning
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform sales approaches
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
- Prepare weekly sales reports and performance analytics
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in FMCG sales or beverage industry
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
- Familiarity with Tangerang/Banten market geography
- Valid SIM and reliable transportation for field visits
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
