PT Adhitama Mitra Nusantara is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Mix professional to join our team in Probolinggo. In this role, you will be the face of our premium distribution portfolio (Masuya products), responsible for driving sales growth across both modern trade channels and the vibrant HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, and Cafe) sector.

You will be instrumental in expanding our market presence and ensuring our high-quality products reach the best dining and retail establishments in the region.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the HoReCa and retail market in the Probolinggo area.
- Identify and prospect new clients including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and modern retail outlets.
- Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct regular product presentations, tastings, and demonstrations for prospective and current clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial inquiry and negotiation to closing the deal and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide regular sales reports, market insights, and feedback to the management team.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the FMCG or food and beverage industry.
- Deep understanding of the HoReCa (Hotel, Restaurant, Cafe) landscape in East Java.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working independently in the field.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM C/A) and own a vehicle.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to adapt to the fast-paced nature of the retail and food industry.
