Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within assigned modern trade accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, category managers, and retail partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and product performance to identify new growth opportunities.
- Ensure optimal product availability, visibility, and shelf-share through effective merchandising and inventory management.
- Conduct regular store visits and business reviews to ensure compliance and identify potential areas for improvement.
- Manage trade promotions, point-of-sale activities, and activation campaigns to drive consumer engagement.
- Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in Sales, specifically within the Modern Trade (GT/MT) sector in the FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian retail landscape and modern trade operations.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with a target-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze sales data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as required for business activities.
