Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies for modern trade channels including hypermarkets, supermarkets, and convenience stores
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at retail partners
- Conduct regular store visits to optimize product visibility, merchandising, and promotional execution
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement trade marketing initiatives
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses
- Train retail staff on product features and promotional campaigns
- Monitor competitor activities and recommend strategic responses
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in modern trade sales or FMCG retail sector
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in trade agreements and contracts
- Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license with willingness for frequent store visits
