Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily visits to assigned retail outlets (warungs, small shops) across Jakarta
- Present and promote company products with persuasive product demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with retail clients
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities
- Ensure proper product display, stock availability, and merchandising standards
- Accurately record sales data and submit daily activity reports
- Exceed monthly sales targets through effective territory management
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns promptly
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 degree preferred)
- Minimum 1 year experience in field sales or retail merchandising
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and reliable personal motorcycle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Target-driven mindset with proven sales achievements
- Basic proficiency in smartphone applications for reporting
- Willingness to travel across Jakarta territories
