Tanggung Jawab
- Visit assigned retail outlets along predetermined routes to ensure optimal product visibility and availability
- Execute sales presentations and product demonstrations to store staff and customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and store managers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify sales opportunities
- Accurately report sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback
- Implement promotional strategies and merchandising guidelines at assigned outlets
- Achieve monthly sales targets through effective in-store engagement
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in retail or FMCG industry
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and clean driving record
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in basic reporting and data management
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Familiarity with Semarang's commercial areas and retail landscape
