Tanggung Jawab
- Actively seek out and engage potential customers in the Depok and Tangerang areas to promote and sell company products
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to ensure repeat business
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs as set by the company
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers
- Stay updated on product knowledge and market trends to effectively communicate value propositions
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to management
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference given to candidates with a bachelor's degree
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the retail or consumer products sector
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and own transportation (motorcycle preferred for mobility in the area)
- Familiarity with the Depok and Tangerang areas is advantageous
