Are you a driven and energetic individual with a passion for sales? Impact Power Mandiri, a leading distributor in the Retail & Consumer Goods sector, is looking for a talented Sales Motorist (Motorcycle Field Sales Representative) to join our team in Indramayu, West Java.
As a Sales Motoris, you will be the vital link between our company and our retail partners. Your primary mission is to expand our market presence by conducting daily visits to assigned outlets, building strong relationships with shop owners, and ensuring our products are widely available and well-displayed.
What Your Typical Day Looks Like:
You will manage a sales route, promote new products, collect market intelligence, and negotiate with store owners to secure orders and prime product placement. Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets, as well as opening new outlets (NOO), will be key to your success in this role.

Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily scheduled visits to assigned retail outlets in the Indramayu area to present and sell company products.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Establish and maintain strong, professional relationships with outlet owners and managers to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Identify and open new prospective outlets (NOO) to expand the company's distribution network and market coverage.
- Ensure optimal product display, stock availability, and proper implementation of merchandising standards at each outlet.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting back to the team with accurate insights.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, route plans, and market data via the company's reporting system on your smartphone.
- Coordinate closely with the sales supervisor and logistics team to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent education.
- Maximum age of 35 years.
- Possess a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) and riding skills.
- Own a motorcycle in good condition for daily field operations.
- Own an Android smartphone with minimum 4GB RAM for reporting and communication purposes.
- Prior experience in Sales, Retailing, or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, honest, and target-oriented with a "never give up" attitude.
