Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell motorcycles to retail customers through direct engagement
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Provide detailed product information and consultation to customers
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle sales documentation and transaction processing
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Participate in sales promotions and events
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
- 1+ years of sales experience in automotive or retail sector
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented with proven sales achievements
- Valid SIM A (motorcycle license)
- Basic computer literacy
- Willingness to work flexible hours
