Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through proactive customer engagement
- Conduct product demonstrations and consultations to match customer needs with appropriate motorcycle models
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with after-sales team to ensure seamless customer experience post-purchase
- Participate in showroom events and promotional activities to drive foot traffic
- Stay updated on product features, competitor offerings, and industry regulations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in automotive/motorcycle retail
- Valid SIM C with safe driving record
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Target-driven with proven sales track record
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
