Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell FMCG products to retail outlets in assigned territories
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail clients
- Understand client needs and provide tailored product recommendations
- Manage sales targets and achieve monthly performance goals
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities
- Report sales activities and market trends to management
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising at retail locations
- Participate in product training and development programs
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, preferably with a background in sales or marketing
- 1-2 years of experience in FMCG sales or retail industry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle (motorcycle) required
- Basic knowledge of FMCG products and retail operations
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting targets
- Willingness to travel within assigned territories
