Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with customers in the assigned territory
- Promote and sell FMCG products to retail outlets, supermarkets, and other distribution channels
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and activity plans to management
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising, and inventory management at client locations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company targets and objectives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference for candidates with college degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Previous experience in FMCG sales or retail distribution is highly desirable
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
