Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct daily visits to retail outlets (ecer/retail) to promote Wismilak products and drive sales
- Execute in-store promotional activities and product demonstrations to boost customer engagement
- Monitor and maintain product availability, shelf positioning, and visual merchandising standards
- Collect real-time market intelligence including competitor activities and consumer feedback
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with retail partners and store managers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through strategic outlet management
- Submit detailed sales reports and performance metrics to the sales team
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid motorist license (SIM A) with clean driving record
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, retail, or field marketing
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Willingness to travel extensively across Madura region
- Proven track record in achieving sales KPIs
