- Generate and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
- Manage existing client accounts while identifying new business opportunities
- Respond to client inquiries with detailed product specifications and solutions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitive offerings
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics
- Maintain accurate client records in CRM systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in manufacturing/construction sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
