Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify potential growth areas and competitive opportunities.
- Actively engage with existing and prospective clients to promote and cross-sell financial products and services.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive relationship management and support.
- Collaborate with local branch teams to ensure smooth service delivery and operational alignment.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, monitoring performance metrics against established KPIs.
- Represent PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies in local business forums and community engagement initiatives to boost brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse client profiles.
- Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive sales targets and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Cebu.
- Must possess a professional demeanor, high integrity, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
