Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct needs assessments for clients to recommend appropriate insurance products and policies.
- Present and explain complex insurance terms and benefits to clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare sales reports, activity logs, and client documentation accurately and on time.
- Attend product training sessions and industry workshops to stay updated on market trends.
Kualifikasi
- Graduate of any Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or Insurance is an advantage).
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building trust.
- Highly motivated, goal-driven, and results-oriented individual.
- Willingness to work in Makati City, Metro Manila.
- Valid Professional ID (if applicable) and readiness to undergo background checks.
