Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s customer base in Cagayan de Oro.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Manage and enhance the company’s online presence across social media and digital platforms.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential customers.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and forecasts for the management team.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with the local business landscape in Misamis Oriental is a plus.
