Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and cold outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the construction/manufacturing sector
- Present product solutions and negotiate contracts with commercial clients
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop sales collateral and campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in steel/metal/construction industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills with commercial clients
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Excellent command of Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with willingness for regional travel
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
