Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and approach potential clients to generate new business leads.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and competitor activities in Lahad Datu.
- Present and explain our credit products, policies, and procedures clearly to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare accurate sales reports and maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to ensure smooth loan application processing.
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to resolve client queries and concerns promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services or credit industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- Valid Malaysian driving license and own transport (mandatory for field visits).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
