- Source and qualify high-potential customer applications through targeted outreach
- Execute end-to-end loan acquisition process while adhering to compliance standards
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales strategies
- Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities in the Makassar region
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective client engagement
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance analytics for management review
- Represent the brand professionally in all customer interactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer acquisition roles
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
- Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Deep understanding of automotive financing products
