Tanggung Jawab
- Prospect and contact potential customers through various channels to introduce our products and services
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value and features of our offerings
- Guide customers through the entire purchasing process, from initial inquiry to final sale
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Knowledge of the local market and industry trends is a plus
