- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive market research and client outreach
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to drive sales growth
- Present and sell bank products/services including loans, deposits, and investment solutions

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in banking or financial services
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid NCMC license or willingness to obtain
