Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking and client outreach
- Promote and sell AUB's full range of financial products including deposits, loans, and insurance
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product presentations and financial needs assessments for potential clients
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare and submit accurate sales reports and documentation
- Collaborate with branch teams to achieve departmental objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- At least 1 year of sales experience in banking or financial services preferred
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in basic financial products and services
- Valid driver's license (if applicable for client visits)
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
