Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the designated territory (Surabaya and surrounding areas).
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations for prospective and existing clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and negotiation to closing contracts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts to ensure customer loyalty.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market analysis, and revenue forecasts for management review.
- Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to optimize product placement and brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Officer, Sales Representative, or a similar commercial role (preferably in the FMCG or Food industry).
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Excellent understanding of the Surabaya market dynamics and consumer behavior.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A/C) and own a vehicle for professional mobility.
