Are you a tenacious sales professional with a hunter mindset? AsiaPeopleSearch Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Sales Officer (B2B) to join our dynamic team in Makati. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our growth, actively identifying new business opportunities and forging long-term partnerships with potential clients.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is not afraid of cold calling, networking, and executing high-impact sales pitches. You will be provided with the tools and support to excel, while being given the autonomy to manage your pipeline and achieve your professional sales goals.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively prospect, identify, and qualify new B2B business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets and expand the company’s client base.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives and key decision-makers.
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to contract negotiation and final deal closure.
  • Maintain a clean and updated sales pipeline within the CRM to ensure accurate forecasting.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with client needs and service delivery capabilities.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, specifically in a hunter-oriented role.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of self-motivation, resilience, and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • Professional fluency in English and Filipino.
