Tanggung Jawab
- Drive consistent sales performance by promoting and selling life insurance products within the assigned bank branches.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective prospecting and networking.
- Develop and nurture long-term relationships with bank partners, staff, and clients to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Conduct professional financial needs analysis to recommend the best-fit insurance solutions for diverse client profiles.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales production targets.
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities and market insights to the branch and regional management.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive follow-ups and service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking, insurance, or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and capable of working independently in a field-based or branch-based setting.
- Strong presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to quickly adapt to internal sales tracking software.
