Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's customer base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Promote and sell the company's products or services to meet sales targets
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports and maintain accurate customer records
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the auction/procurement sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license is an advantage
