Tanggung Jawab
- Generate and qualify new sales leads to expand the company's customer base.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and market research to understand client needs.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any inquiries or issues promptly.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or home products industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals and targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to work onsite at Sugartowne Homes Filinvest 2, Batasan Hills, Quezon City.
- Valid driver's license is an advantage.
