Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while promoting BRI banking products and services
- Conduct thorough BI (Bank Indonesia) checking procedures to ensure compliance with banking regulations
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective customer engagement and product demonstrations
- Process customer applications and documentation with precision and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries regarding banking products
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental sales objectives
- Stay updated with the latest banking products, services, and regulatory requirements
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference given to candidates with a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong understanding of BI (Bank Indonesia) regulations and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and banking software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial documentation
- Validated clean credit history and background check
