Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing banking clients.
- Actively promote and sell financial products and services in accordance with company targets.
- Conduct field visits and direct marketing to acquire new customers within the designated territory.
- Provide detailed information regarding product features, benefits, and application requirements to clients.
- Ensure all sales documentation and applications are completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Collaborate with the internal team to achieve weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from any field of study.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both written and spoken Indonesian.
- Resilient, target-oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Willingness to conduct mobile work and field visits within the Gorontalo area.
- Possess a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and a personal vehicle.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in using mobile applications.
