Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer retention.
- Actively promote and market BRI banking products to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain financial solutions to prospective customers.
- Identify new business opportunities within the Bandung region to expand our market presence.
- Prepare regular sales reports and document customer interactions in the company database.
- Collaborate with the sales team to execute effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Ensure compliance with all internal banking policies and standard operating procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from an accredited institution.
- Must have a clear BI Checking (clean credit history).
- Demonstrated experience in a sales-driven role, preferably in banking or finance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
- Residing in or willing to work in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
