Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure customer retention.
  • Actively promote and market BRI banking products to achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Conduct professional presentations and consultations to explain financial solutions to prospective customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the Bandung region to expand our market presence.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and document customer interactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute effective marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal banking policies and standard operating procedures.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Must have a clear BI Checking (clean credit history).
  • Demonstrated experience in a sales-driven role, preferably in banking or finance.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively.
  • Result-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a team.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
  • High level of integrity and professional ethics.
  • Residing in or willing to work in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
