Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Acquire new customers through proactive outreach and relationship building
- Present and promote banking products/services to potential clients
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery
- Analyze sales performance data and adjust strategies accordingly
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) degree in any field
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Target-driven with proven results orientation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid Indonesian ID and willingness to work in Surabaya
