Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new BRI F banking customers
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities in Cikarang area
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular follow-ups
- Present bank products/services and financial solutions to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with credit team to facilitate loan processing and approval
- Maintain accurate sales records and performance metrics
- Participate in branch sales campaigns and promotional activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 (Diploma) degree from any accredited institution
- Clean BI (Bank Indonesia) checking record requirement
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work with sales targets and KPIs
- Basic knowledge of banking products and financial services
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Validated identity documents and work eligibility in Indonesia
