Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote BRI financial products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients
- Understand customer needs and present suitable financial solutions
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently
- Conduct product knowledge training sessions for customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Stay updated on the latest financial products and market trends
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and ethical standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3 (Diploma) degree in any field
- Clean BI (Bank Indonesia) checking record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous sales experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with sales software
- Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work flexible hours as required
