You will manage tenant relationships, execute strategic sales plans, and ensure that the Cebu Arena remains the premier destination for world-class events. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue for the Cebu Arena.
- Identify, qualify, and secure potential tenants, event organizers, and brand partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and corporate clients to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare comprehensive sales proposals, presentations, and contracts tailored to prospective partners.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales activities with venue branding and events.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide actionable insights to management.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, leasing, or account management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
