Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and develop strong relationships with channel partners and distributors in the Sidoarjo region.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities to expand the company's market reach.
- Conduct regular market surveys to analyze competitor activities and consumer trends.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare accurate weekly and monthly reports.
- Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to align channel strategies.
- Provide training and support to channel partners to ensure product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Marketing or Business Administration.
- Experience in sales or channel management is a plus, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) and own transportation.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Resilient and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
- Basic proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications.
