Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and acquire new corporate accounts within the hotel, resort, and institutional sectors.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to closing deals and post-sale support.
- Conduct professional product presentations and demonstrations to procurement managers and executives.
- Maintain and nurture long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention and upselling opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service in alignment with company profitability goals.
- Collaborate with the logistics and production teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to identify new business avenues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales or corporate account management.
- Strong network and existing connections within the hotel and resort industry in Metro Manila.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to meet sales quotas and handle high-pressure environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using CRM software for pipeline management.
- High level of integrity, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to travel within Metro Manila and nearby provinces for client meetings.
