Are you a driven sales professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Universal Towel is currently seeking a highly motivated Sales Officer (Corporate Accounts) to join our expanding team in Metro Manila. In this role, you will be the primary advocate for our brand, specifically targeting the institutional sales segment, with a core focus on expanding our footprint within luxury hotels, resorts, and premier hospitality establishments.

You will play a critical role in our growth strategy by identifying new business opportunities, managing key account relationships, and ensuring that our high-quality textile solutions meet the rigorous standards of our institutional clients. If you possess excellent negotiation skills, a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, and a desire to deliver exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect new corporate clients within the hotel and resort sector in Metro Manila.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial lead generation and cold calling to proposal submission and final contract closing.
  • Conduct professional presentations and product demonstrations to procurement managers and executive housekeepers.
  • Build and maintain long-term, profitable relationships with key stakeholders in corporate accounts.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and activity logs for management review.
  • Collaborate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the hospitality supply or textile industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to travel frequently within Metro Manila to meet with clients.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work with minimal supervision.
