Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Davao region to expand the client base.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for potential and existing clients.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
- Collaborate with the internal operations team to ensure seamless order processing and delivery.
- Stay updated with industrial market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven work experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Tagalog/Bisaya.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel locally within Davao and surrounding areas as required.
- Resilient personality with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
