Tanggung Jawab
- Drive sales performance by actively prospecting and managing a pipeline of potential customers for vehicle financing products.
- Conduct comprehensive product presentations and clearly explain financing terms, interest rates, and credit requirements to prospective clients.
- Process loan applications efficiently, including credit verification, documentation review, and approval coordination.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealer partners and internal teams to ensure a smooth transaction flow and high customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management to contribute to the company's growth.
- Provide after-sales support and follow-up to ensure customer retention and loyalty.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to provide the best financial solutions.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in any field, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or Marketing.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or the automotive sector is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building rapport and trust.
- Strong analytical skills to assess customer creditworthiness and financial capacity accurately.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid Indonesian driver's license is required.
