Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential leads and market trends within the Hajj and Umrah sector.
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns using digital marketing channels, social media, and networking events to acquire new clients.
- Provide expert consultation to prospective pilgrims regarding travel packages, visa requirements, and spiritual preparation.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention and positive referrals.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery for assigned clients.
- Track sales performance, prepare weekly and monthly reports, and adjust strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the tourism, travel, or religious services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively.
- Valid Indonesian ID Card (KTP) and BPJS Health Insurance.
- Proficient in using CRM software and digital marketing tools (social media, email marketing).
- High level of self-motivation, discipline, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the region and attend client meetings as required.
