- Execute in-house sales and cross-selling strategies for bank products and services
- Specialize in promoting CASA products to enhance customer financial portfolios
- Conduct customer consultations to identify banking needs and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurate sales records and documentation of customer interactions
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Stay updated on new financial products and regulatory requirements
- Develop and nurture long-term customer relationships
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer service (banking preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets
- Proficiency in basic banking software and CRM tools
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Willingness to work in Iloilo City
