Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships within the Lampung Tengah territory
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence
- Present company products/services to potential clients through direct sales
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals aligned with client needs
- Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and competitors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience in B2B environments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Knowledge of local Lampung market is highly advantageous
