Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell various loan products to individual and business clients
- Conduct client needs assessments and recommend suitable financial solutions
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups
- Achieve monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
- Prepare and submit loan applications with complete documentation
- Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and market trends
- Collaborate with credit team to ensure compliance and risk mitigation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years sales experience in banking or financial services
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Valid NBI clearance and other required government permits
- Willingness to work flexible hours including Saturdays
