Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets in Lucena City and surrounding areas
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, and construction firms
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical specifications for galvanized steel products
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis for regional management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop local promotional campaigns
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure seamless order processing
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market share in assigned territory
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (fresh graduates may apply)
- Proven sales experience or relevant internship in construction materials or manufacturing industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid driver's license with own transportation (required for client visits)
- Knowledge of local construction market in Quezon province is advantageous
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
