Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales activities to consistently meet or exceed company productivity and revenue targets.
- Oversee and monitor the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring adherence to company protocols.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to sales agents to improve their closing ratios and performance.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business leads and growth opportunities within the region.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports for management review.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and loan processing.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through professional communication and effective problem-solving.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or any related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financing industry.
- Proven track record of hitting sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail.
