We are currently looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our sales team in Kendari. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our extensive range of new and pre-owned vehicles to meet our high sales targets.
In this role, you will act as a consultant to our clients, helping them find the perfect vehicle that fits their lifestyle and budget. Your responsibilities will include identifying potential leads, conducting test drives, explaining vehicle financing plans, and closing sales. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and understand customer needs.
- Demonstrate and showcase new and used vehicle inventory to prospective buyers.
- Negotiate prices and financing terms to close sales effectively and meet targets.
- Prepare and process sales contracts and necessary documentation accurately.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Update customer relationship management (CRM) systems with sales data.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid driving license (SIM A) is required.
- Ability to work independently and meet monthly sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
